Orders & Delivery
How fast will I receive my Pokémon trade?
Most trades are completed same-day (within 24 hours). After checkout I’ll message you to schedule the trade time that suits you.
How do trades work (Scarlet/Violet, Sword/Shield, BDSP)?
We meet via Link Trade in-game using an 8-digit code. You’ll need an internet connection and an active Nintendo Switch Online membership. I’ll guide you step-by-step—super simple.
Do you do Pokémon HOME transfers?
Yes. You’ll need access to Pokémon HOME on your account. I’ll send quick instructions and arrange the transfer time with you.
Can I order multiple Pokémon at once?
Absolutely. Add as many as you like; we’ll trade everything in one smooth session.
Are the Pokémon legitimate?
Yes! 100% legit and tradeable online, bred/caught in-game with legal movesets and stats. I never ask for your Nintendo account password.
Digital design files (SVG/PNG/EPS/DXF) — when do I get them?
Instantly after payment is confirmed. You’ll see a download link on the order status page and receive it by email as well. (No physical items are shipped.)
Customization & Changes
Can I request a custom Pokémon or a full team?
Yes! Choose from the product options or leave notes at checkout (species, shiny/non-shiny, nature, EVs/IVs, ability, moves, gender, etc.). Forgot something? Just reply to the order email or use Live chat.
Made a mistake in my order, can you adjust it?
If we haven’t delivered yet, yes. Message me and I’ll update it.
Payments & Security
Which payment methods do you accept?
iDEAL and PayPal. All payments are processed securely via Shopify, your details are protected and never shared.
Is it safe to order here?
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify’s trusted infrastructure. I also offer personal support before and after your order.

Best way to contact you?

Cancellations, Refunds & Issues
Can I cancel?
You can cancel before delivery; just message me. After delivery, sales for digital items/in-game trades are generally non-refundable. If there’s any issue with the trade or files, I’ll fix it or refund if I can’t, your satisfaction comes first.

No worries! send me a message via Live chat or email and I’ll prioritize your order.
