Refund policy

At PokéTradingShop, we sell digital Pokémon products and services only. Because all our items are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. This means we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once your order is completed and delivered.

By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.


Exceptions – When a refund may be issued

A refund will only be considered in the following cases:

  1. Technical delivery issues – If your order was not delivered due to a technical problem on our side.

  2. Product defect – If the digital item you received is corrupted or unusable, and the issue cannot be resolved.

If one of these exceptions applies, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact@poketradingshop.com. Include your order number, purchase date, and a description of the issue.


No refunds for

  • Change of mind or accidental purchases

  • Issues caused by incorrect information provided by the buyer

  • Problems caused by the buyer’s device, software, or internet connection


Chargebacks and fraud prevention

Any fraudulent payment dispute or chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to payment processors and relevant authorities.


EU Digital Goods Directive

In accordance with EU law, by purchasing digital content from PokéTradingShop, you consent to immediate access to your purchase and waive your right to the standard 14-day withdrawal period.
