5. Risk of Loss

  • Once the digital product has been successfully delivered and confirmed by the buyer (e.g., Pokémon received in-game or code successfully redeemed), the transaction is considered complete.

  • PokeTradingShop is not responsible for any loss, deletion, or modification of the digital item after delivery.

If you do not receive your digital item within the stated delivery timeframe:

  1. Check your email (including spam/junk folders) for our messages.

  2. Ensure you have provided the correct in-game details or email address.
